Job description
Prepare food and coffee for breakfast service. Cook to order and serve guests, prepare room service trays for appropriate times, clean up and sanitize kitchen after breakfast service has ended. When at full capacity position is assisted by servers to wait tables. During slower months, cooking and serving is required without additional assistance.
Prepare and stock kitchen for the following day.
