ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates commercial real estate closings on single and multiple property deals. • Reviews/Evaluates commercial title search documentation, and research and assist resolving all title issues and discrepancies on record based on published underwriting standards, bulletins and guidelines as requested by client or supervisor.
