- Demonstrate products, showcasing their features and benefits to enhance the customer's understanding.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, especially regarding customer service standards.
- Stay updated on the latest products and promotions, offering accurate information to customers.
- Assist in stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and a well-stocked sales floor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for previous customer-facing experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team, adapting to different roles as needed.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a positive and helpful attitude towards clients.

- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and the ability to lift moderate weights.
