• Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, especially regarding customer service standards.

• Assist in stock management, ensuring accurate inventory levels and a well-stocked sales floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for previous customer-facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers.
