Responsibilities

Taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing drywall Preparing walls, ceilings, and other surfaces for painting Applying primer, paint, and other finishes Performing touch-ups and finish work Identifying and correcting surface imperfections Misc. other construction tasks when needed Protecting adjacent surfaces and maintaining a clean work area Working safely and efficiently alongside other trades Maintaining a high standard of quality and craftsmanship Skills -Education

• Experience Previous professional painting and/or drywall finishing experience preferred Knowledge of taping, mudding, sanding, surface preparation, and painting techniques Ability to work independently and as part of a construction team Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Dependable with a strong work ethic Ability to safely use ladders, lifts, hand tools, and equipment Valid driver’s license to travel to various commercial construction project locations Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $26 - $36/hour
• This position is eligible for additional compensation through our quarterly bonus program equivalent to $1 – $3 an hour in addition to wages worked in previous quarter.
