Correct or notify leadership of any unsafe condition Coordinate with supervisors and trades to meet project schedules Maintain tools, equipment, and clean job sites Support apprentices and entry-level carpenters when needed ______________________________________________________________________________ Skills/Education/Experience Construction experience Strong carpentry skills (framing, layout, finishing, installations) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Knowledge of construction safety standards and practices Reliable transportation and strong attendance OSHA 10 preferred (or willingness to obtain) Team-oriented, professional, and safety-focused mindset ______________________________________________________________________________ Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $25 - $38/hour This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs ($1-$3/hour quarterly bonus based on hours worked in previous quarter) and comprehensive benefits package.
