Exposure to complex healthcare, higher education, industrial, and commercial projects Mentorship from experienced Project Managers and Superintendents Clear career path towards Superintendent Collaborative, technically driven project teams ______________________________________________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise field crews on active commercial construction sites Coordinate daily work activities and schedules Ensure projects are built to plans, specs, and quality standards Enforce jobsite safety policies and OSHA standards Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, and subcontractors Train, mentor, and support crew members Assist with material coordination and jobsite logistics ______________________________________________________________________________ Skill/Education/Experience 5+ years of commercial construction experience Prior leadership or foreman experience preferred Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials 30 Hour OSHA certified Ability to read blueprints and construction documents Commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship Reliable, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset ​​​​​​​______________________________________________________________________________ ​​​​​​​ Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $3 5 - $45/hour This position is eligible for additional compensation through Engelberth Construction’s bonus programs and comprehensive benefits package.
