Summary The Engineering Coordinator will assist in providing support to the daily operations of the Engineering Department.

The Engineering Coordinator will perform a wide variety of clerical and support duties such as filing, including creating, editing and distributing a variety of documents, compiling reports, creating presentations and responding to requests for information from all departments. The Engineering Coordinator will also generate Project Number Requests, and process purchase order requests.

Core Competencies Accountability & Dependability Adaptability & Flexibility Communication Customer Focus Decision Making & Judgement Detail Oriented Development & Continual Learning Efficient Ethics & Integrity Team Work Time Management Job Duties Provide support for the Engineering Department Maintenance of engineering library including customer specifications, BOM’s, drawings, etc.

Assist in project schedule tracking and project schedule reporting Facilitate APQP meetings, support corporate Program Managers and customers on deliverables. Release Engineering Change Notices, maintain engineering records Access Customer Portals, initiate customer deviation requests through Forever Requirements for Stellantis and Alerts and SREAs for Ford.

CMS set-up for new product and update for engineering changes. Initiate project budgets, issue purchase order requisitions and project schedule reporting. Tracking customer purchase order for production piece and tooling costs. Conduct Layered Process and Quality System Audits Maintain Part Presentation, Part Information and Master Blueprint listings.

Work with others in a cross functional team Requirements Minimum of High School Diploma/ GED Prefer Certificate or Associates Degree in related field Must be able to read basic drawings. Minimum of 2 years experience in automotive industry Tier 1 Supplier experience with an Engineering/metal stamping background Proficient in MS Office applications with exceptional skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook email Must be team oriented with ability to work independently without direct supervision Must be able to relate well and interact with all levels of personnel Must have excellent attention to detail Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately What We Offer
