• Required Outpatient orthopedics experience
• Required Prior travel experience: Highly preferred Education, License and Certification Requirements: PT License for State of Illinois
• Required BLS Certification from AHA
• Required Job Description: Physical Therapists plan and execute rehabilitation programs to help patients return to a higher level of physical function. Physical Therapists utilize a variety of skills including, but not limited to therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, physical modalities, gait training and manual techniques. Demonstrate effective communication and strong interpersonal skills to motivate patients and provide compassionate care. Performs evaluations and treatment of patients per prescription of referring physicians.
