HSE Field Technician

The HSE Field Technician supports safe, compliant, and efficient field operations by independently evaluating field safety conditions, regulatory compliance risks, and implementation of the HSE Safety Management System. This position uses discretion and independent judgment to identify hazards, advise operations leadership, recommend corrective actions, escalate significant compliance or safety concerns, and support decisions that protect employees, customers, contractors, equipment, and business operations.

The role partners with the HSE Manager, operations leadership, field crews, customers, vendors, and contractors to improve district safety performance and support an injury-free work environment.
