Compact Construction Sales Rep

TEAM UP WITH US! The Compact Construction Sales Representative is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships to promote the sale, rental, and leasing of new and used Compact Construction Equipment (BCP/CCE) and related solutions. This role is accountable for achieving assigned sales and market share objectives within an assigned territory through proactive business development, strategic account growth, and effective pipeline management. The Sales Representative identifies customer needs, develops territory growth strategies, maintains customer opportunities and activity within the company CRM system, and delivers equipment solutions that drive customer productivity and business success.
