You will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and contributing directly to company growth through strategic outbound sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospect potential clients and introduce Level Up Talent Solutions’ services Generate and prospect your own leads through various lead generation methods Identify decision-makers and qualify potential clients for the sales pipeline Nurture prospects and move them through the sales pipeline Maintain consistent follow-up communication to increase conversion rates Accurately document interactions and pipeline updates in CRM systems Meet and exceed monthly sales and lead generation targets Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to ensure smooth client handoff Uphold ethical sales practices and maintain professionalism in all communications Requirements Qualifications & Experience At least 6 months of outbound sales experience (B2B experience is a plus) Proficiency in Go.

High. Level, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Gmail, and Google Sheets as support.
