Market system and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MMERL) Advisor | Addis Ababa

The Market System and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MMERL) Advisor is responsible for leading the implementation of childcare interventions and the MERL strategy. The role ensures all partners follow the strategy and work plan, oversees intervention design and M&E activities, manages data collection and analysis, and ensures compliance with program standards.

The Advisor also facilitates learning and feedback sessions, collaborates with technical teams and stakeholders, and builds staff and partner capacity through training and support. Overall, the position ensures project outcomes are effectively measured, lessons are applied, and continuous improvement is achieved.
