Project Manager-Jobtech for Refugees and Youth | Addis Ababa

The Project Manager will lead the day-to-day implementation of the Jobtech for Refugees and Youth program in Ethiopia. The role will oversee the recruitment and enrollment of refugee and displaced talent onto digital work platforms, coordinate with job seekers, partners, and other stakeholders, and manage procurement, contracting, and administrative processes.

The position will also support documenting lessons learned and building knowledge products while maintaining strong collaboration with donors, private sector partners, implementing organizations, and refugee-led organizations.
