We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager / Director – Procurement & Supply Chain to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategies in a fast-growing, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage all procurement and supply chain activities, including sourcing, purchasing, logistics, inventory, and supplier management Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans aligned with business goals and production demands Build and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery Drive cost optimization initiatives while maintaining high standards of quality and sustainability Oversee demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control to ensure optimal stock levels Collaborate cross-functionally with manufacturing, engineering, finance, and operations teams Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring business continuity Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement and supply chain team Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred) 8–15+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain management, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of global sourcing, supplier negotiation, and contract management Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or industrial sectors is highly preferred Proven track record in cost reduction and process optimization Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international environment Fluency in English required Benefits Why join us Opportunity to work at a leading EV manufacturer with global ambition Dynamic, fast-growing, and innovative working environment Competitive compensation and benefits Opportunity to make a significant impact on a global supply chain Location Vietnam (with potential regional/global scope)
