Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced and strategic HRD Manager to join our client's manufacturing organization. Based in Cebu, this leadership role will oversee Human Resource and Organizational Development (HRD) initiatives across Visayas and Mindanao, ensuring the effective implementation of HR strategies, employee engagement programs, compliance, and organizational development initiatives across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee Human Resource and Organizational Development (HRD) functions across Visayas and Mindanao, ensuring consistent implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs across multiple sites. Develop and execute HR initiatives that support talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation, and HACCP requirements across all assigned locations. Partner with business leaders and site management to provide strategic HR support, workforce planning, change management, and organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives.
Lead employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance management, and conflict resolution while promoting a positive, compliant, and high-performing work environment. Monitor HR metrics, budgets, and workforce analytics while utilizing HRIS and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Globe EXACT, Globe Citrix, ERIC, ACCPAC) to support operational excellence and informed decision-making.
Conduct regular site visits across Visayas and Mindanao to ensure effective HR program execution, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and provide guidance to local HR teams and department managers. Lead, mentor, and develop the regional HR team while fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and consistent HR service delivery across all assigned operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Psychology, LLB, Business Administration or its equivalent Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 5-years managerial capacity or minimum of 5-years in senior supervisor capacity. Knowledge of human resource principles and practices Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management Knowledge of business and management principles and practices Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices Knowledge of project management principles and practices Information technology skills application (SAP, Globe EXACT, Globe Citrix, Oracle, ERIC, ACCPAC) Experience in ISO Certified Company.
With working background in Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards; Hazard Analysis and Critical Contact Points (HACCP) Standards Above average in People Handling Skills
