Job Description
- Overall responsible for new process introduction, new equipment introduction, Yield quality from start-ups.
- Responsible for process definition, critical tools/ fixtures design and technical escalation process.
- Collaborate with Customer/Business Units on new process development and qualification, test development and stencil design, Process optimization.
- Support new customer RFQ, NRE tooling, Machine Requirements.
- Identifying BOM, NPI ECN Changes and Mass production ECN changes.
- Support internal and external audit.
- Work with tooling suppliers for NPI tooling.
- Preparation of NPI Documents.
- Key goals to achieve:
- PASS Qualification first Time
- 100% on Time Delivery
- Zero Customer Escalation
- Minimize the Rework & Debug boards.
- Ability to Ramp in 4 weeks 20% better than Quote.
- Reduce NPI cost and PCBA scrap.
- 6 Years to 9 years of experience in DFM/ DFA will be add on advantage.
