Analyze large-scale healthcare datasets (e.g., DPC data, claims, EHR) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities. Translate data into meaningful business insights and recommendations for clients. Design and develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to support client decision-making. Collaborate with consulting teams to shape hospital transformation strategies using data as a core foundation.

Support the development of proprietary tools and products for analytics.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within healthcare, consulting, or life sciences. Proven ability to derive meaningful insights from data and communicate their commercial or clinical relevance effectively. Proficient in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R. Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex data insights.

Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1 for non-native speakers) and business-level proficiency in English. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Public Health, or a related field.
