  • Motorola Solutions Argentina S.A Job Description As a System Technologist, you will be responsible for the operation and proactive maintenance of sophisticated fixed video surveillance systems. Utilizing Motorola Solutions’ diverse portfolio, you will ensure we meet rigorous SLAs and maintain seamless service for our customers.This high-impact role involves conducting essential first-line maintenance at remote sites, covering electrical supply subsystems and the transport network. Motorola Solutions provide a collaborative environment, working alongside specialists to optimize microwave site links, troubleshoot video issues, detect radio interference, and maintain critical infrastructure. The Sys Tech contribution ensures real-time, uninterrupted operations for our customers, providing vital first-line support for centralized video platforms. By identifying operational improvements and performing root-cause analysis, this role helps formulate solutions that enhance system performance and availability, ensuring that our integrated ecosystem of voice, data, and video enables communities to work together more powerfully in the moments that matter.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to network incidents Participate in a call-out rotation Complete planned maintenance procedures Perform site inspections and functional checks Structural Inspections Operate and troubleshoot remote sites infrastructure Capacity upgrades/downgrades systems assets Coordinate with subcontractors for supplemental support Maintain the installation of the system in compliance with Motorola R56 Standard and Guidelines #LI-PL1 Basic Requirements Open to applications from: (1) Last year students of engineering programs (Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics) with full time availability.

(2) Recent graduates or early-career professionals of Engineering programs (Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics). (3) Graduated of technical degrees (Telecommunications, Electrical, or Electronics) with relevant experience. 1+ years of experience in telecommunications, IT, or fixed video systems A1/A2 English Level Driver's license Technical knowledge of RF, LMR (P25/TETRA/DMR), microwave systems, and AC/DC power Basic OS administration (Windows/Linux) and IP networking configuration Basic Networking knowledge.
