We’re growing quickly and are seeking a high-performing Per Diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our driven, hustle-minded team.

What You’ll Do: Take full ownership of your cases—from pre-op assessment through induction, maintenance, and post-op recovery. Monitor patient vitals and communicate effectively with the surgeon throughout procedures. Deliver safe, smooth anesthesia in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical setting. Requirements

Active NBCRNA certification Maryland RN/APRN license (or eligibility) BLS and ACLS required New grads welcome! Training and mentorship provided. Confident, safety-focused, and eager to learn office-based anesthesia. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills. Self-motivated, adaptable, and detail-oriented —thrives in a high-performance setting.
