About the Role
We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our Data Driven Services (DDS) team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will be skilled in building, deploying, and managing automation solutions across business processes using modern RPA platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using UiPath / Power Automate / Automation Anywhere. Analyze business requirements to identify automation opportunities. Develop robust workflows with proper exception handling, logging, and error recovery. Work with SQL databases, APIs, and ERP systems (such as SAP) for seamless integration.
Participate in end-to-end automation lifecycle: requirements → development → testing → deployment → support. Collaborate with cross-functional business and technical teams to ensure smooth automation delivery. Maintain and optimize existing bots for performance and reliability. Prepare process documentation, technical specifications, and user manuals.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience Strong hands-on experience in at least one leading RPA platform: UiPath / Power Automate / Automation Anywhere. Good understanding of workflow design, queues, orchestrators, and automation best practices. Knowledge of SQL, APIs, JSON/XML, and integration with SAP or other ERP systems. Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere. Experience in modern automation frameworks, AI/ML-based automation, or process mining tools. Exposure to version control systems (Git, SVN) and CI/CD for automation.
