As a Shift Leader**, you’ll be the quarterback of the shift, making sure everything runs smooth, safe, and up to Hot Chi standards.

--- 🚀 What You'll Be Responsible For LEAD RESTAURANT OPERATIONS * Follow and complete opening/closing checklists * Monitor food safety standards and walk-in cooler organization * Operate and troubleshoot kitchen equipment * Adjust staffing in real-time to match business needs * Send daily shift summaries to management ACCOUNTABILITY * Enforce policies around uniforms, punctuality, attendance, phone use * Ensure all team members follow our Quality Identifier standards * Coach team with respect and firmness CUSTOMER RECOVERY * Handle guest issues like a Hot Chi pro * Use the **D.

O.E. Method** to resolve problems * Issue refunds or credits as needed to win customers back INVENTORY MANAGEMENT * Receive and stow away deliveries * Create and oversee prep lists * Complete full inventory counts as scheduled * Communicate expected shortages to management * Scan and upload order invoices.
