Software Development Manager (Remote)

GetixHealth is seeking an experienced Manager of Software Development to lead and develop a Scrum-based software development team while strengthening our software delivery practices, planning processes, and overall development capabilities.

This is not solely a people-management or Scrum Master position. We are looking for a leader who brings a strong software development/software engineering foundation, understands the Microsoft development ecosystem, and can effectively lead technical teams without needing to serve as the team's primary developer.

A key focus of this position will be helping the development organization transition from a primarily reactive, ticket-driven environment to a more proactive, organized, measurable, and strategically aligned software delivery model.
