Job description
- Lead product bidding and tender processes, ensure efficient communication and coordination with the headquarters merchandising team, take direct responsibility for GMV and profit, and drive business growth.
- Develop and continuously optimize product information system integration plans based on client procurement platforms and internal systems, improving operational efficiency and product data quality.
- Establish and refine industry-specific product strategies, creating product pools tailored to different industries and application scenarios to meet diverse customer needs.
- Oversee departmental management, lead the team to achieve business objectives, and ensure the professional development and growth of team members.
任职要求 / Qualifications:
- Educational Background Degree : Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related fields are preferred.
- Work Experience Experience: Over 5 years of experience in industrial products, MRO procurement, product operations, solution roles with brands, or sales management in related industries.
- Competency Requirements Business Skills: Familiar with MRO procurement categories and capable of independently managing the full bidding and tendering process. Understand project management processes and requirements.Strong business acumen with the ability to develop and continuously optimize product information system integration plans and product operation strategies based on client procurement systems and internal platforms.
