Hospital Food Service & Utility Associate

HOSPITAL SUPPORT ASSOCIATE Boca Raton, Florida Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Opportunities Available Location: Boca Raton, FL – Hospital Environment Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor About the Opportunity Ark Resource Group is recruiting dependable and professional candidates for multiple hospital support and food-service positions in Boca Raton, Florida.

Available opportunities include day and afternoon/evening assignments. Candidates must be reliable, punctual, comfortable working in a hospital environment, and able to follow established workplace, sanitation, and safety procedures. Specific department, assignment, schedule, and additional position details will be provided during the interview.

Requirements

Must be able to speak and understand English for effective workplace communication. Must have reliable transportation to and from the Boca Raton work location. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Must be available to work the schedule associated with the selected assignment. Must be able to follow instructions, safety procedures, and hospital policies.

Must be comfortable working in a hospital environment. Must provide required documentation during the application and onboarding process. Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with the assigned position.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities vary depending on the assignment and may include: Supporting food-service, bistro, retail, or utility operations. Maintaining clean, sanitary, and organized work areas. Assisting with the movement of food, supplies, and other items within designated areas. Assisting with trash removal and general utility duties when required.

Following food-safety, sanitation, and workplace procedures. Providing general operational support to the assigned department. Communicating professionally with supervisors, coworkers, hospital personnel, and others within the facility. Completing other duties associated with the assigned position.

Qualifications

Previous experience in food service, hospitality, restaurants, hospitals, environmental services, utility, or similar support roles is preferred but may not be required for every assignment. Ability to communicate effectively in English. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attendance and punctuality.

Ability to follow instructions and established procedures. Reliable transportation is required.
