As IT Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer Your main responsibilities will be: Administer and maintain on-premises and cloud infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Manage and support Windows, Linux, VMware, Azure, and Microsoft 365 environments. Handle Level 2 and Level 3 incidents and problem management activities.

Participate in infrastructure enhancement, modernization, and automation projects. Implement and enforce security, compliance, and availability standards across all IT environments. Automate operational tasks and continuously improve infrastructure management processes. Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Provide technical expertise and support to internal teams while proactively recommending technology improvements and innovations. Act as a key stakeholder in ensuring IT security and the protection of company information, in accordance with the organization's information security policies.
