Competitive pay | Benefits + mileage reimbursement | Room to grow What You'll Do ✓ Conduct home visits to assess client needs, ensure adherence to care plans, and provide training or oversight for caregivers. ✓ Complete and submit accurate documentation for each client visit in a timely manner. ✓ Communicate with clients and caregivers to address service-related concerns, changes in condition, or care quality issues.

✓ Respond promptly to service interruptions, urgent needs, or client concerns while in the field. ✓ Collaborate with PAS leadership to maintain care standards and regulatory compliance. ✓ Monitor and report on caregiver performance, client satisfaction, and any changes in service needs.

What You'll Bring

✓ Two (2) years of full-time study at an accredited college or university — or one year of full-time supervisory experience in a health care setting may substitute for each required year of college. ✓ Reliable transportation and the ability to travel locally for home visits. ✓ Excellent communication and organizational skills.

✓ Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort using electronic documentation systems. ✓ Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (required) — you'll be the trusted voice for the families we serve.
