Job description
Prepares, cooks, and serves meals according to standardized recipes, dietary requirements, and food safety regulations. Assists with food preparation, portioning, meal service, and maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment. Monitors food quality, rotates stock, and follows proper storage and temperature control procedures.
Works collaboratively with the dietary team to ensure timely meal service and provides coverage on an as-needed (PRN) basis to support daily kitchen operations while delivering quality service to residents, patients, or guests.
