Buyer Lead (Engineering Tech V)

PCSI is seeking a Buyer Lead (Engineering Tech V) to manage purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and procurement processes that support organizational operations. This role is responsible for sourcing goods and services, negotiating with vendors, issuing purchase orders, resolving procurement issues, and ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in procurement, contract administration, or supply chain operations. This position will report to the Procurement Supervisor and is based in San Diego, CA. Typical work hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm
