· Key Responsibilities: Strategic Sourcing and Vendor Management:

• Securing favorable prices and terms for materials, equipment, and services. Managing Inventory:
• Ensuring adequate stock of materials and equipment while minimizing waste and costs. Ensuring Quality and Compliance:
• Verifying that all purchased items meet required specifications and quality standards, and comply with relevant regulations. Tracking Expenses and Budget Management:
• Monitoring procurement costs, implementing cost-saving measures, and ensuring adherence to project budgets. Maintaining Records and Reporting:
• Keeping accurate records of procurement activities and preparing regular reports for stakeholders. Collaborating with Project Teams:
• Working closely with other engineers, project managers, and stakeholders to understand project needs and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Monitoring Supplier Performance:
• Evaluating supplier performance based on quality, delivery, and cost, and taking corrective action if needed. Staying Updated on Industry Trends:
• Keeping abreast of new technologies, materials, and industry best practices in HVAC.
