Job description Should be able to handle total operations like Sales and marketing, project handling, handling a team of site engineers from project acquisition to execution Team Leadership: Supervise HVAC site engineers, handle scheduling, and coordinate training. Process & Quality Control: Design standard operating procedures (SOPs), run quality checks, and ensure adherence to safety rules.

Supply & Resource Management: Track inventory for parts and equipment, manage logistics, and monitor supplier relations. Financial & Data Oversight: Manage operational budgets, analyze performance data through KPIs, and drive cost efficiency Analyze market trends and track competitor pricing and activities. Plan advertising campaigns and digital outreach to increase brand visibility.

Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events. Align product offerings with customer needs and energy standards Set sales targets and monitor performance metrics for the team. Train staff on product features and customer service skills.
