Job description
The Strategic NPDES Permitting Technologist will lead complex environmental compliance and permitting programs for industrial and municipal clients, with an emphasis on NPDES permitting and compliance, stormwater and wastewater discharge strategies, SPCC and SWPPP planning, regulatory risk analysis, agency coordination, and environmental compliance auditing.
Serve as a senior technical advisor who manages multidisciplinary projects, supports strategic permitting and risk reduction, mentors staff, and develops practical tools and guidance to improve permitting efficiency and compliance outcomes.
