We are currently seeking a Duty Manager who thrives in a dynamic hospitality environment and can help lead our team in delivering memorable guest service.
Role Summary
As Duty Manager, you will play a key leadership role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service delivery across all hotel functions, and supporting staff to provide excellent experiences to guests. You’ll act as a trusted point of contact for both team members and guests during your shift.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily hotel operations including reception, food & beverage, housekeeping, and guest services Provide leadership and guidance to staff to maintain high standards of service Monitor guest satisfaction and handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally Assist with rostering, training, and supervision of team members Maintain a safe, compliant work environment, including health and safety procedures Ensure policies and procedures are upheld throughout the venue Act as the on‑site manager in the absence of senior management Requirements To be considered we expect to see: 3+ years of Previous hospitality management experience, preferably in a duty management or supervisory role Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong problem‑solving ability and ability to work under pressure Customer‑focused attitude and professional demeanour Sound organisational and multitasking skills Relevant hospitality qualifications or work experience Benefits Competitive remuneration package with superannuation.
