Job description

Level Up Talent Solutions is looking for an experienced and people-focused HRD Manager to join our client's growing manufacturing organization. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing all Human Resource and Organizational Development functions, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, strengthening employee engagement, and implementing strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all Human Resources and Organizational Development functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, compensation and benefits, and organizational effectiveness. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with business objectives while promoting employee engagement, productivity, and a high-performance culture.

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, ISO standards, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation, and HACCP requirements. Partner with department heads and management to support workforce planning, succession planning, organizational development, and change management initiatives.

Lead performance management, employee engagement, training, and leadership development programs to enhance employee capability and organizational effectiveness. Manage employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution while ensuring fair, consistent, and legally compliant HR practices.

Oversee HR metrics, budgets, and reports while utilizing HRIS and enterprise systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Globe EXACT, Globe Citrix, ERIC, ACCPAC) to improve operational efficiency and support data-driven decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop the HR team while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and service excellence across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Psychology, LLB, Business Administration or its equivalent Industry relevant manufacturing experience minimum of 5-years managerial capacity or minimum of 5-years in senior supervisor capacity. Knowledge of human resource principles and practices Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management Knowledge of business and management principles and practices Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and practices Knowledge of project management principles and practices Information technology skills application (SAP, Globe EXACT, Globe Citrix, Oracle, ERIC, ACCPAC) Experience in ISO Certified Company.

With working background in Good Manufacturing Practices, Food Safety, Hygiene and Sanitation Standards; Hazard Analysis and Critical Contact Points (HACCP) Standards Above average in People Handling Skills
