Job Description Lead. Build. Disciple. The Vocational Coordinator oversees the Work Experience Program… one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge. This role combines leadership, hands-on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students develop real-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith.
You’re not just managing projects… you’re helping rebuild lives through meaningful work. What You’ll Do Lead and oversee the Work Experience Program Plan and manage daily work projects and crews Teach students responsibility, work ethic, and skill development Disciple and mentor students in a work environment Coordinate with leadership on scheduling and operations Maintain equipment, safety standards, and workflow Train and lead work supervisors and teams Schedule & Expectations Full-time leadership role Physically active, hands-on work environment Flexible schedule based on program needs Participation in campus life and spiritual activities Why This Role Matters You’re helping men rebuild their lives… one day of work at a time.
Requirements
