Junior Staff/Vocation

The Vocational Staff Assist in overseeing the Work Experience Program… one of the most impactful parts of Adult & Teen Challenge. This role combines leadership, hands-on work, and discipleship. You’ll help students develop real-world skills while growing in character, discipline, and faith. You’re not just leading teams… you’re helping rebuild lives through meaningful work.
