Payable and General Accountant

Responsibilities

Process and record raw material (RM) invoices accurately and timely within the SAP system. Manage and reconcile RM consignment inventory processes and corresponding financial entries. Handle overseas vendor invoices, ensuring accurate booking, compliance, and timely international payments. Verify and process invoices for packaging, chemical supplies, and other operational expenses.

Manage RM input duty and VAT bookings, ensuring prompt and accurate payment execution. Perform routine input VAT verification and reconciliations between physical documents and the SAP system. Oversee fixed asset management, including tracking, depreciation verification, and lifecycle documentation. Support month-end closing activities and complete ad-hoc financial tasks or temporary assignments as directed by the finance manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. 3 to 5 years of hands-on accounting experience, with strong proficiency in SAP. Solid understanding of local financial laws, tax regulations, and accounting standards. Must hold a valid professional Accounting Certificate (e.g., Accountant Qualification Certificate).

Good English communication skills, both written and verbal (CET-4 or equivalent required). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
