About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and skilled SAP Functional Consultant across various modules to join our Data Driven Services (DDS) team in Vadodara. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, performing SAP configuration/customization, and ensuring successful implementation and support of SAP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in SAP implementation, support, enhancement, and rollout projects.
- Analyze business requirements and map them to SAP functionalities.
- Configure, customize, and test SAP solutions in the assigned module(s).
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with ABAP/BASIS teams for development.
- Conduct user training, UAT sessions, and provide post-go-live support.
- Ensure integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Prepare documentation, SOPs, and maintain system configuration records.
- Support business process improvements through SAP best practices.
Requirements
Required Skills & Experience Hands-on experience in at least one SAP module such as FI, MM, SD, PP, QM, PM, HCM, BASIS, ABAP, etc. Strong understanding of core business processes relevant to the chosen module. Experience in SAP configuration, customization, and end-to-end business process mapping. Knowledge of SAP reporting tools and integration points with other modules/systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to coordinate with business users and technical teams effectively. Experience in SAP implementation/support/rollout projects is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP module certification(s) will be an added advantage. Exposure to S/4HANA environments is preferred. Experience in cross-module integration and functional testing.
