This is a Noida based position for a Outbound Sales Representative in a US Voice process

Experience

1 years of experience in Sales or Customer Support in an international BPO (US voice process preferred)

Education

class 12+

Skills Required

Excellent English language skills are required (spoken & written)

Proficiency with MS Office

Basic typing skills - above 25 wpm

Good telephonic communications skills - be able to listen and respond appropriately

Upbeat and positive personality

Ability to work in a team

Excellent problem solving skills

Roles & Responsibilities

Generate sales for telecom product & services on International Outbound Calls [US].

Cross sell and upsell to existing customers.

Use the systems and tools to record sales

SALARY & BENEFITS

Salary Rs. 20,0000 - 35,000/month

Cab facility is provided within 30kms of Sector 135, Noida
