Job description
Build and maintain relationships with CSR heads, corporates, and foundations Develop a strong pipeline of potential donors Handle complete fundraising cycle: Outreach Meetings Proposal submission Negotiation Closure Secure new CSR partnerships and ensure repeat funding Maintain relationships with existing donors Ensure regular communication and updates Identify opportunities for: Renewal of funding Increased funding amounts Focus on donor satisfaction and retention Prepare monthly and quarterly fundraising plans Track: Leads (pipeline) Conversions Closures Ensure proper follow-ups Build systems for tracking and reporting performance Build and lead a small fundraising team (2–3 members) Assign targets and responsibilities Monitor team performance regularly Improve team efficiency and productivity Requirements Strong relationship-building skills Excellent stakeholder management Ability to independently drive deals and close funding Good understanding of CSR ecosystem in India Strong communication & presentation skills Around 20+ years of experience in: CSR fundraising Corporate partnerships Proven track record of raising funds Strong corporate/CSR network (preferred)
