We pride ourselves on quality, craftsmanship and exceptional service in a friendly retail bakery environment. Role Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our bakery team.

This hands-on role involves preparing and baking a variety of bread and bakery products according to established recipes while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Mixing, kneading and preparing dough for breads and bakery products
• Baking a range of products including bread, rolls and specialty items
• Monitoring proofing and baking processes to ensure consistent quality
• Operating commercial bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Maintaining clean and organised work areas
• Assisting with stock rotation and ingredient control
• Working collaboratively with the team to meet production targets Requirements
• Relevant baking qualification or equivalent industry experience
• Minimum two years full-time experience as a Baker
• Strong understanding of dough preparation and baking techniques
• Ability to work early morning shifts
• Reliable, punctual and able to work well within a team
