• Daily operations of the residential facility * Managing housekeeping, security & technical teams * Vendor coordination & AMC management * Handling resident queries and service requests * Monitoring DG, STP, WTP, lifts, fire systems & common area assets * Preparing reports, checklists & ensuring compliance * Ensuring smooth maintenance and community upkeep.

Requirements

BE/B-Tech in EEE or MBA. Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Benefits Provident Fund Medical Insurance National festival Holidays 6 days working
