2. Review with Face check in devices Client representative regarding various attendance maintenance issue & Improvement.
3. Planning and Attending shutdown as per client requirements.
4. Identification & implementation Safe working practices. 8.Technical Escalation: Resolve complex hardware and software issues escalated by the help desk support team. 9.Performance Monitoring: Proactively track system health, storage capacity, and network performance to minimize downtime.
