Care Center Supervisor Pearland TX

Our Mission: Care. Comfort. Plan. South Park Funeral Home is looking for a Care Center Supervisor to join our team in Pearland, TX where we offer a passionate and purpose-filled work environment. As the Care Center Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the care center, providing leadership, training, and support to embalmers and care center staff.

This role is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of preparation, compliance, dignity, and care while ensuring operational excellence throughout the entire preparation process.

Responsibilities

Ensure proper chain of custody is maintained throughout the preparation process for the decedent; embalming, disinfecting, dressing, preparing, and casketing of the deceased using appropriate precautions and OSHA standards Train all staff and strictly enforce all logging, identification, casket and cremation procedures Always maintain reverence and respect for the deceased Qualifications Current Embalmers license in Texas 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience Strong commitment to providing the highest level of customer care Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance Disability Coverage Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan South Park Funeral Home has been a trusted part of the Pearland community since 1934, providing generations of families with compassionate care, personalized service, and meaningful opportunities to honor the lives of their loved ones.
