Title: Hourly Data Analyst Department: Associate Professor Reports To: Associate Professor Position Summary: Essential Functions: Working on projects in the Biodynamics Lab (BME) related to motion analysis, wearable robots/exoskeletons, and AI for exoskeleton control.

Pre-Requisite Qualifications: Ideal candidates should have a background in at least one of these areas: 1) practical experience with Python, Num. Py, Py. Torch/Tensor. Flow, machine learning, and reinforcement learning; 2. CAD of mechanical systems; 3. Electric control development with Arduino, RPi, Jetson, STM32, or PCB, etc.; 4. Data analytics and statistics.

Compensation

At the university's discretion, the education and experience prerequisites may be exempted where the candidate can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the university an equivalent combination of education and experience specifically preparing the candidate for success in the position. Range: Hourly Employees NJIT considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.

This pay range represents base pay only and excludes any additional items such as incentives, bonuses, or other items.
