Job description
Irwin Backcountry Guides is seeking an experienced guide for our summer operations. This role is guest facing and applicants must have a strong desire to provide exceptional hospitality to high-end clientele while maintaining a professional appearance and safe guiding maneuvers. This role requires experience in diverse summer guiding skills in multiple disciplines: rock, bike, river, fishing, etc.
, excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team. This is a part-time, seasonal role.
Compensation
starts at $22/hr, based on certifications held and is eligible for gratuity.
