Public House is seeking a detail-oriented Sous Chef to support the team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. This role is responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in executing unique, locally-sourced menus, managing food preparation, overseeing inventory, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen. This position requires Food Safe certification, strong culinary skills, experience in high volume dining and events, with the ability to manage kitchen operations efficiently.
The ideal candidate has a deep passion for innovative cuisine, excellent organizational skills, and the physical ability to meet the demands of a fast-paced kitchen environment. Part-time and full-time positions available. Part time earns $26-$29/hr and full-time earns a monthly wage of $5,000.
