Description Janitorial Position Position: Janitorial / Facility Support Location: 360 Total Care – Cincinnati Schedule: Part-Time | Flexible Pay: To be discussed internally Posting Type: Internal Applicants Only Position Overview 360 Total Care is accepting internal applications for a Janitorial / Facility Support role.

This position is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for participants, staff, and visitors at the Day Habilitation Center. This role is ideal for a team member who is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while following health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize common areas, classrooms, offices, and restrooms Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors and surfaces Empty trash and dispose of waste properly Restock supplies (paper towels, soap, sanitizer, etc.) Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitary Report maintenance or safety concerns to management Follow infection control and safety protocols Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Schedule & Hours 2 hour a week (hours will be discussed during interview as they can vary) Hours may vary based on facility needs Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Requirements Qualifications Reliable attendance and punctuality required Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing Attention to detail and cleanliness standards How to Apply (Internal Only) Interested employees should notify management directly Selection will be based on: Attendance history Performance record Reliable and Consistent
