Job description
This position serves as a strategic execution partner for the North America CTO and Executive Vice President, BGL Green. The role is responsible for driving prioritization, coordination, follow-through, and issue resolution across cross-functional initiatives supporting CTO and Green BU objectives. This role operates as a trusted partner to the EVP to ensure key priorities progress efficiently and that critical action items do not stall due to unclear ownership, competing priorities, or lack of follow-up.
The role also supports CTO-related initiatives by providing structured input on technology trends, strategic considerations, and early-stage opportunity framing. The incumbent will influence senior stakeholders at Director and VP levels through structured coordination, disciplined PDCA execution, and executive-ready communication—without formal authority or direct people leadership.
