Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food hygiene standards. Train new employees on deli/bakery procedures, product knowledge, and customer service best practices. Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner, striving to provide exceptional service. Collaborate with the management team to develop promotions, pricing strategies, and new product offerings.
