Design Manager (Architectural)(J19068)

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with project specifications.• Develop innovative and alternative design solutions to enhance project outcomes.• Oversee the engineering and design of complex temporary works, ensuring safety and efficiency.• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including construction, clients, and stakeholders, to facilitate seamless project execution.• Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture or above• Member of HKIE or equivalent• At least 10 years of relevant architectural design or design management experience (consultant, design institute, or contractor background accepted)• Excellent communication and leadership skills• Experience with MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) and DfMA (Design for Manufacture and Assembly) prefabricated structures is preferred• Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese.• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Assistant Design Manager.
